My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! Would be a ten. The inspector seemed to be good overall, But the very small minor scratches in paint caused a two week delay. I just wish the VA would have allowed me to accept these very minor paint scratches. Maybe it’s not the inspector fault I just think these scratches were a bit of a joke.
Very satisfied with the loan group...but the affiliated buyers agents were slow to contact, and difficult to connect with.
