As a first time home buyer, the whole loan process seemed daunting at first but working with Veterans United eased all that fear! It was easy to see exactly what paperwork we had to submit or sign through their online portal, so I never felt panicked that we were missing anything. Would highly recommend to other first time home buyers as their entire team was patient and worked with us during the whole process.
Jennifer was 'present' from the very beginning of our journey. We began our contact while still in Florida and her availability was just as though we were 'in town' and dropping by the office. Never was there a question left unanswered, detail left unclarified or patience left unextended. We were never left to feel that any of our questions/concerns were too insignificant or challenging.Dana was equally tremendous. From the late night clarifications to the expedient responses in the height of a busy day. Quite honestly, we wondered if she had any other clients with whom she was working. :-) Of special note is the way Dana would spend time with my wife explaining points that seemed a bit 'muddy' at first - - providing the crystal clarity we both needed to feel comfortable about our journey.Both Jennifer and Dana performed as though they were our Personal and Private Lender Team!!Thank you Ladies!
