It was such an easy process! Everyone was helpful and easy to work with.
The team was great, courteous, helpful and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Everything was excellent, until it wasn’t. The closing date got cancelled and pushed back. I wasn’t notified and it cost me time and money. Overall I would do business with them again, but be more wary of promises they can’t keep.

Nick Holman and his team and Veterans United Home Loans made the process of buying a home easy. From the communication to the technology and online process. Honestly, it was one of the easiest house closing processes from a loan company that I have ever been through. I know it takes a team, but between Nick and Rebecca Flower, they are outstanding. I was so happy with our choice to go thru Veterans United to purchase a home. They walked us thru every step and made the whole process so easy to understand. They were always available to answer questions, even weekends and evenings!!! From start to closing, David and Michael were great to work with.

I would tell them if they had a hard time finding a loan, then you were the people to go through. But I would also tell them the difficulty it takes to get through everything you all want and how hard it is to understand some of you.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected more from a company with the name “Veterans” United. There are several other companies that I learned of closer to my closing date that offer things that this company did not. Overall it wasn’t a bad process and for the most part the staff responded relatively quickly. Bottom line recommendation, I’d do my research before committing any to a lender. As a veteran we’ve earned any and all benefits, discounts, etc…
