It had been many years since applying for a home loan but just wanted funds for a garage/shop, and I had been seeing the VU ads and figured I'd give them a try, I think the entire process took about a month and it seemed fairly seamless. At the end I liked that the notary would come to you or meet wherever.
The process was made very simple and easy to work through by my lending team. Solid communication and understanding through the duration of the process. Made me feel at ease with my purchase and getting everything I needed for after the purchase.
