Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! I had originally called Moya Brown with concerns about a concern with some emails I had received that felt a little sketchy to me. During that call, she asked if I had looked at refinancing my home loan. I hadn't even thought about it. She did some checking, and to my immense pleasure few weeks later I was able to close on the refi with 2.875% change on my loan and a savings of over $200 a month. Her whole team was exemplary and very helpful. Moya didn't have to say anything and let me stay at the interest rate I was at, but she went the extra mile and helped me immensely.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Everyone I interacted with was kind and focused on making sure my husband and I were taken care of and received all the support we needed for purchasing and selling our homes. I would not recommend veterans united they do not look out for needs of veterans. I headed out to tobi Clifton several times, but no email, call, text. Back. When i asked questions none where answered. This was the worst decision I have made in life trusting things company with my needs. The services were piss poor id never work with Tobi again I do not want anything to do with Veterans United
