My team was amazing, specially Tommy Heller. But I do have to say that Carrie Maddox my files person was absolutely horrible and made my experience more stressful and harder than it needed to be. Carrie made me change my home insurance 4 different times within the short period of time of her working with me and did not want to call me at all. I called her multiple times and it went to voicemail with no response later from her. The only way of contact with her was text or email. She also did not explain anything to me unlike my other team members. Everyone in my team was the best and explained everything to me clearly except Carrie Maddox.
Concierge was rude, unaccommodating and rarely ever returned my call. They also forgot to add my wife on the homeowners policy and to create a second one to fix the mistake. They set me up a better auto policy but didn't discuss any limits wanted set for the policy. They just created a policy with whatever limits they wanted at whatever deductable they wanted. Had to make many calls to fix their mistakes or get answers to my questions.
Toby was great to work with. He was very understanding and accommodating and helped in every way he could.
There were a few hiccups, but none were veterans United's fault. I appreciate everything they did for me to get us to closing. Would highly recommend.
