My team never pushed me to rush through anything, and always asked if I ever felt rushed they could slow down. Always explained everything so there was no confusion. And they answered every question I had. If there was anything they didn't know they would look up information before answering to not get it wrong.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them. Everyone on the team was completely on their game and I was able to close on a wonderful home only 33 days after initially contacting them. I swear it’s like they wouldn’t rest until I was safe in a new home. Everyone was so attentive and available whenever I needed them. Being a homeowner was not a part of my plan for the year, but they helped me figure it out logistically and financially despite my lack of preparation. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time to say the least and they were so supportive in every possible way. They really made it so I was able to maintain sanity through the whole process.
