Getting a mortgage is always stressful. It is nice to know that Chase and the team at Veterans United are only a phone call or email away.


Veterans United is a special Mortgage Vender, who helped my Wife and I purchase our home very easily.

I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to other veterans. The overall loan process was cumbersome and slow. Documentation requests were made piecemeal rather than gathering all required documents at once. It seems the underwriters were not fully aware of the necessary documentation for loan approval or denial. Overall, the process was challenging and difficult to endure.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us felt slow and frustrating. The home loan process can be stressful, and it sounds like the back-and-forth on documentation made things even tougher. Sometimes, additional documentation is needed after underwriting begins to clear or confirm conditions, but that doesn’t make it any less stressful to go through. This was the easiest and least stressful way I could have imagined purchasing my first home. My team was absolutely amazing, and always made themselves readily available for any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. 10 out of 10 would gladly use Veterans United every time.


The numbers need to go to 12, because the whole team was great and responsive. I would definetely recommend them to anyone.
