It was the best choice we made to apply and move forward with VU. The whole process was done online, easy, and so efficient. They are very professional and will treat their costumers with the outmost respect. If you are a Veteran and still thinking about a lender, don't. VU is the best.

Web site was very helpful. ToDo lists was helpful to track all necessary required documents.
The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.

I've always pushed for the "human" factor in finance. Not the the emotional factor. Recognizing the difference between helping and enabling. John and his team seem to have located that algorithm.
