Mike Ritz and Jennifer Stewart were absolute professionals and made the process worry free. They were able to answer all questions immediately and made the process go quick! Caroline Christian's communication needs improvement. She did not always respond to our emails or questions. We would then have to contact Mike or Jennifer. This happened multiple times. If she would have at least responded to say I am trying to find an answer for you or at least give updates we would have been happier with her. Mike and Jennifer were able to make up for where Caroline lacks.

I already have recommended. Jennifer Stewart was excellent. I had some issues closing on the home because of the seller and some other barriers, but she saw them through and was always on top of everything.
Mike Ritz was very knowledgeable and professional, Caroline was easy to get along with and was very courteous when requesting documents.
