I had several delays with closing. I get that it happens but found the team working with Wesley Earl to not be proactive in their communication. I also asked for a lower rate since the fed cut rates and was told no. Not sure I’d recommend again. Our first home with VU was great.

What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Matt and the team overall were beyond knowledgeable in terms of helping me decide If refinancing was the best option for me during this time. I was able to save a significant amount of money thanks to the team.
