Mr. Justin Menard was simply exceptional. He made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do to complete next steps. Additionally, he went to war on our behalf given that the persons representing us had never worked on a VA loan and definitely did not understand the benefits conferred on Veterans when purchasing homes. Mr. Menard went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with third parties to help us complete our purchase. We are so grateful he was on our corner from beginning to end. Justin was simply a warm, caring, and dedicated advocate to the morning of closing!

Working with Nichole since 2021 has been very pleasant and productive at the same time. I felt at ease with her guidance, how she has always meticulously covered every aspect of what's in the client's best interest. I am ecstatic with that part more than anything. Also. Her teammates, one in particular Gray that has taken great effort to keep things in order, with such grace and kindness. I have to give a new nickname to Veterans United. Veterans United failed me. They failed to communicate that we could not receive seller credits for repair and they cost us over $12k at the last minute right before closing.Will not be recommending them or doing business with them again.
