It's a lot dealing with all the different people and communicating back and forth in a process that's already overwhelming no matter who you go through. I rate it above average, I'm glad its over.

The overall process was smooth and communication was great. The only hiccup was with the appraisal coming in late.
The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
