My team was great. My only issue was the underwriting process and sometimes slow to respond. Other than that, EVERYONE I encountered on my team was very thorough and made me comfortable when it came to finding a home.

She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive. The whole team made the pre approval thru home buying process easy and painless. The app is user friendly to upload and sign documents. The included insurance quotes that were embarrassingly cheaper than we were paying previously and for more coverage was huge!
