The people I have worked with veterans United have been just absolutely wonderful they have taken care of every concern big or small I would highly recommend them to handle anyone's home loan.
The people and team are great wouldn’t change a single thing about them.The app on the other hand. Dog poo Why do I have to log in and authenticate every time I open the app? This defeats the purpose. Additionally I want to set up bi weekly payments. The listing only gives options for days of the week not the date itself. As a VA loan company I would expect to have the option to do it on the 1st and 15th. When the military gets paid.
I really appreciated the knowledge and the quick responses from Mr.Overacre and Ms.Kat Spellman. They were both extremely patient with a first time home buyer, explaining me everything as we went along.
