I can't say enough good things about Veterans United. The process was easy to understand and I was able to do 99% the necessary items in the process virtually. All questions or issues were dealt with VERY quickly by my loan officer. I had a change to my rate at one point during the process because they LOWERED the original quoted rate, which was already a great rate! As if that wasn't enough, they sent my family a personalized gift which was such an unexpected, but pleasant surprise. From initial call to closing, this has been the easiest most convenient process I've had in a home-buying experience.
