Only recommendation I would have is a time for one on one, telephonic and or computer base chat counseling. Possibly two counseling sessions one in the beginning and one after underwriting process to answer any questions the buyer may have and to ensure information the buyer is receiving is accurate. Main purpose is to tie in all individuals working with the buyer such as a concierge and agent this will also give Veterans United an opportunity to explain the departments working on or with the buyer as will as go over discounts criteria. Overall my experience was a 10/10!!
Tina Wiggins and Bianca Smith was the best. They were always available to explain anything I had questions about. Even after changing jobs in the middle of the process. They made the whole process unbelievably simple. If I ever plan to refinance or purchase another home it will definitely be with VU.

I can't say enough good things about Veterans United. The process was easy to understand and I was able to do 99% the necessary items in the process virtually. All questions or issues were dealt with VERY quickly by my loan officer. I had a change to my rate at one point during the process because they LOWERED the original quoted rate, which was already a great rate! As if that wasn't enough, they sent my family a personalized gift which was such an unexpected, but pleasant surprise.
