Jennifer was 'present' from the very beginning of our journey. We began our contact while still in Florida and her availability was just as though we were 'in town' and dropping by the office. Never was there a question left unanswered, detail left unclarified or patience left unextended. We were never left to feel that any of our questions/concerns were too insignificant or challenging.Dana was equally tremendous. From the late night clarifications to the expedient responses in the height of a busy day.
