Veterans United made the home buying experience as pleasant as possible and was a helpful tool for this first time home buyer.
Tina Wiggins and Bianca Smith was the best. They were always available to explain anything I had questions about. Even after changing jobs in the middle of the process. They made the whole process unbelievably simple. If I ever plan to refinance or purchase another home it will definitely be with VU.

Great experience! Veterans United Home Loans made the process of getting a VA-backed jumbo home loan so much easier than we thought it would be. The entire team bent over backwards to guide us through the process and were willing to work around our busy schedules to make themselves available to answer our questions in the evenings and weekends. Additionally, the online document submission and signature system was so easy to use I was even able to sign documents from my phone ahead of closing. Anyone looking into a VA-backed home loan should start their search with Veterans United Home Loans - you won't need to look any farther than that.
I was sold after meeting Mrs. Tina and Mrs. Dana from Veterans United. They are diligent and consistent in the process. They keep you informed and walk with you every step of the way. My process did not take long at all. I am so pleased with the service they provided for me. You will be pleased too.
The only thing I have any complain about is the fact that on the original closing day the property title wasn't in the owner's name causing a delay in closing.
