Unnecessary chaos and very stressful. Most of the time no one has answers. Loan estimates with many mistakes, repeatedly, and they fluctuate unreasonably. "Kick the can down the road" attitude. Never again.
First time home buyer here. It could not have gone better as far as I'm concerned. Everyone was great.

He was kind, considerate, always staying on top of thing's, always ready to help, and I can't thank him enough. Being 75 years old, I know this will be my last home I buy, and that's rather disappointing, Because it's probably the last time I'll get to talk to Mike, And that's a little sad. When I didn’t understand something, they explained the answers so I could understand. I have purchased several homes, but the service I received from Veterans United is above and beyond all others.
Everyone was responsive and kept me informed. All forms were easy to access.
I would recommend however, there are way to many hoops to jump thru. Many of them multiple times with the same information. The process needs to be streamlined. I understand the need to prevent fraud but what a pain.
